In these turbulent times, personal challenges take on deeper meaning. I am embarking on The Big Swim 2025—a journey to push my limits, learn more about my own resilience, and test the boundaries of what is possible. But true challenge isn’t just about personal achievement; it’s about making a difference.
That’s why I am swimming to support Brigadoon Village, a place that transforms the lives of Atlantic Canadian children facing health conditions and life challenges. These children deserve a chance to thrive, to laugh, to learn, and to reach their full potential—just like any other child.
Brigadoon’s vision is simple yet powerful: Giving extraordinary kids a chance to be ordinary.
Every stroke I take in The Big Swim is not just about crossing the distance—it’s about giving kids an opportunity for an unforgettable camp experience, where they can build friendships, confidence, and lifelong memories.
I invite you to be part of this journey. Together, let’s create a better future for our children—because that is the greatest challenge of all.
