I love an adventure, especially when it gives me a reason to spend time in the ocean. That's why I was overjoyed when I stumbled upon TheBigSwim fundraising swim challenge. I can't think of a better way to not only visit PEI for my first time but also participate in fundraising for a great cause.

  Brigadoon Village is a summer camp for children living with various health conditions and the money raised from the event will help send kids to this camp. The program runs with a "pay what you can" policy so that no child in Atlantic Canada will be turned away due to their financial situation.
